Privacy Policy

CareerBliss is a voice-based mock interview tool. This page describes what data the app collects and how it's used when you sign in and run a practice interview.

Signing in

We use Google Sign-In (via Supabase Auth) to authenticate you. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — we don't receive or ask for your Google password. We use this only to identify your account; we don't use it for marketing or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

Your resume and job description

The resume and job description text you upload are used only to generate interview questions for that one session. They are deleted from our server as soon as the session ends. We do not keep a copy, and we do not use them to train any AI model.

The interview itself

When you start an interview, your microphone audio is sent over a live voice call, provided by Daily, to our interviewer bot. That audio is transcribed in real time by ElevenLabs, which also generates the interviewer's spoken voice. The interviewer's questions, follow-ups, and your end-of-session debrief are generated by Anthropic's Claude. Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy policy, linked above.

Transcripts and debriefs

After your session, we generate a written transcript and debrief and store them on our server so you can view the result. These are not currently stored in a database or linked to your account beyond the session itself, but — unlike your uploaded resume/JD — they are not automatically deleted. If you'd like a transcript or debrief removed, contact us at the address below.

Who can use this

Access is currently limited to a small number of invited users while this is being tested. This will change as the product opens up more broadly, and this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (set by Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
